We provide answers to your micro, mini and macro connection requirements with precision and quality. Select from our extensive range of micro, mini and macro test hooks including single hook, double hook and insulation piercing options. E-Z-Hook manufactures a variety of styles, including hooks for high temperature and non-magnetic environments. E-Z-Hook offers a variety of micro-hooks in both single and double hook styles. The single hook styles include the P25 (pico-hook), XMR and XM products. The double hook styles include the X2015, XKM and XK products.

The X2015, P25, XMR, XK and XKM test connectors all have narrow body designs and lightweight construction ideal for use in delicate testing environments where side by side connections are required. The XM, our original micro-hook, comes with the more traditional E-Z-Hook body. (XKM model shown)

E-Z-Hook offers three basic styles of mini-hooks. The X100W is our original standard hypo-action mini-hook test connector. The XR mini-hook has the same body as the X100W but a stronger, thicker, more durable hook and a modified rectangular tip. The XL1 is a variation on our standard mini-hook connector with an extended body length for hard to reach connections. (X100W shown)

Macro-Hook test connector models, XH and XHL provide strong, positive contact with large diameter items. These bigger hooks are ideal for connections over large test leads, lugs and terminals. E-Z-Hook offers macro-hook connectors with insulation piercing capability. The single needle point piercing is ideal for establishing accurate contact through insulation. The XJ and XJL model heavy-duty test hooks offer short and long body length options. The XEL model has a V-shaped tip design for separating wire bundles and a V-groove that centers wires for positive contact. The XEL model has two banana sockets integrated into the handle that accepts shrouded and standard banana plugs. (XEL shown)

Less than one inch long, the micro-sized XEP and XEPA piercing connectors are ideal in environments where size and reliability of connection are essential. Features include the V shaped tip design for separating wire bundles and a .030" pin plug that connects to any standard .030" diameter socket. XEP features a straight contact angle and XEPA features a slanted contact angle. (XEP & XEPA shown)

The E-Z-Micro-Lock XG series test connectors are designed to slip into plated through PC board test point holes and lock onto the board freeing your hands and providing a safe, sure, short-free test connection. They are available in 3 sizes to fit holes ranging from 0.025" (0.635 mm) to 0.042" (1.066 mm) diameters. (XG25 shown)

It is available in short (X100W style) and long (XL1 style) hook models, and designed for use with RG58C/U cable or large gauge wire leads.
